Skedulo secures $75M in funding as we surpass 35 million scheduled appointments
Matt Fairhurst
Our mission at Skedulo has always been to support the 80% of workers who do not work at a desk every day—and the companies that employ them.
Today I’m thrilled to announce that we have secured a $75M investment to help accelerate our momentum as the leader in deskless productivity software worldwide. This Series C funding round was led by Softbank Vision Fund 2, and brings our total funding raised to $115M.
The funds will be used to support Skedulo’s continued international growth, welcome more talented staff, and assist in our efforts to help developed and developing nations with scheduling use cases in the public sector including covid testing and vaccine administration.
Most importantly, it will allow us to double down on our work to champion the hugely underserved deskless workforce.
Today, we’re also excited to surpass 35 million scheduled appointments via the Skedulo platform. This cements our progress in enabling more deskless workers around the world to focus on the important work they do; from mobile phlebotomists and solar technicians, to commercial cleaning professionals and vaccination administrators.
I’d like to take this opportunity to thank our incredible team, who I know worked long hours to rapidly deliver critical solutions—particularly in the wake of the pandemic.
Thank you also to the hundreds of customers who have become part of the Skedulo family in recent years. This investment will empower us to explore innovative new ways to serve you.
Our work has also been supported by great partnerships with leading technology vendors such as Salesforce.
We also welcome new partners such as Deloitte and Accenture who have also supported us in playing a critical role in the fight against COVID-19—first with our testing solution and now with vaccination scheduling.
I look forward to stepping into this next phase of our journey as we continue to push the limits of innovation and dedicate our every day to doing more for deskless workers across the globe.
Skedulo serves deskless workers who are not in a traditional office setting, representing 80% of the workforce and 2.7B people worldwide. With less than 5% of software investments focused on this segment, the market is largely underserved despite 76% of companies expecting a double-digit increase in deskless workers in the next year.
Skedulo's Deskless Productivity Cloud allows companies to manage, engage and analyze deskless workers across a wide variety of industries, including healthcare, utilities, solar, non-profits, public sector, construction and more.
