Overview
The Post Job Survey extension enables scheduling administrators to configure an SMS Message that requests a Job Satisfaction Rating (1-10) from the client. The SMS message is sent out after the job is completed and the numeric rating is stored on the Skedulo Platform in its job card. Schedulers can also configure up to 3 follow up messages depending on the rating received. Replies to the follow up message can either be either qualitative or quantitative and are additionally stored in the Skedulo Platform in its related job card.
